Yes, you may leave and re-enter the event.

Upon entry, you will receive a wristband and be checked in. When you leave, you will be checked out, but you will keep your wristband, which will allow you to be checked in again on your return.

For security reasons, we kindly ask that re-entry be kept to a minimum where possible. 

A valid government-issued ID may be required for age verification.

Yes—tickets can be transferred to someone else.

You can simply forward the ticket (PDF or email) to the new attendee. Please ensure that the ticket barcode/QR code is clearly visible, as each ticket can only be scanned once for entry.

We recommend only sharing your ticket with someone you trust, as the first valid scan at the event will be accepted. If you need assistance with a transfer, feel free to contact support@lesothowine.co.ls. 

 If you lose your ticket, don’t worry—there are a few ways to access it again. 

You can log in to your account and download your ticket from the My Account → Orders section. Your ticket is also included in your confirmation email, so you can re-download it from there at any time.
